Our order process, from start to finish:
- Contact us for an initial consultation to discuss
designs, dates and estimated quantities. At this stage we will
give an indicative price.
- Send us any colour swatches or other relevant
samples as agreed in the design stage.
- We will produce your personal samples and send
them for you to review. This is followed by further discussion
to agree any changes and finalise the design. A guaranteed price
will also be given at this stage.
- A sample of the final design for each item will
be made and sent for your approval. This will be accompanied
by a personalised order form confirming the design, dates and
any other relevant information.
- The signed order form is returned together with
your agreed deposit.
- On receipt of your order ,we will then make
up your stationery items. Once they are complete we will contact
you to arrange delivery.
