Our order process, from start to finish:
Contact us for an initial consultation to discuss
designs, dates and estimated quantities. At this stage we will
give an indicative price.
Send us any colour swatches or other relevant
samples as agreed in the design stage.
We will produce your personal samples and send
them for you to review. This is followed by further discussion
to agree any changes and finalise the design. A guaranteed price
will also be given at this stage.
A sample of the final design for each item will
be made and sent for your approval. This will be accompanied
by a personalised order form confirming the design, dates and
any other relevant information.
The signed order form is returned together with
your agreed deposit.
On receipt of your order, we will then make
up your stationery items. Once they are complete we will contact
you to arrange delivery.
